PowerPoint & Google Slides templates

Reusable layouts and resources that make good design easier to apply again and again

Templates need to do more than look on-brand.

People need the right layouts, styles and reusable content at the moment they need them, so they can create new work without rebuilding or correcting the same things each time.

That means designing for what happens after the template is handed over: how people add new slides, adapt content and keep the design consistent as the work grows.

That is the difference between a template that looks right and one that keeps working.

One example in practice

Translating agency design into everyday software

Looking right was only the starting point. For this white-label agency project, I used 10 practical must-haves to turn approved creative direction into PowerPoint and Google Slides templates people could actually work with.
